There is no Mizzou Saturday at that scale and no university-hospital stack as the whole city. Write the two campuses first. Write US-63 as the leak. Write Thousand Hills as scenery.

A van that claims “we cover northeast Missouri” and is really one Franklin Street crew is a route claim, not a company.

Add four Adair nouns a Columbia page would skip: ATSU / KCOM as the osteopathic weekday, Truman as the liberal-arts overlay, Northeast Regional as the civilian hospital, and Thousand Hills State Park as a weekend rent. None of those import a Mizzou Saturday. None of them import a Des Moines insurance multiple.

A shop that “covers the 63 corridor” and is really one Kirksville crew is not a Columbia file. Thousand Hills weekends pull a Saturday. Isolate them.
