Sell a Business in St. Marys, Georgia

A Kings Bay gate log that still names Osborne Street is the St. Marys listing. Kingsland wages remain — not a Jacksonville crane or a Brunswick mill.

8 min read · Reviewed September 17, 2026

The Kings Bay gate log still listed the Osborne Street owner on the last three vendor entries, and the Navy would not reprint a badge for a new entity while that log named the founder. A Jacksonville inbound had already priced St. Marys as if a cheaper warehouse transferred the way a Talleyrand lease does. A Camden County leftover does not move that way. Insurance minimums and a second approved contact were still a person. That is the St. Marys problem this page exists to name. Kingsland is sister texture. Cumberland Island is isolate. This file is Camden County. It is not Jacksonville and it is not a Florida crane. It is not Brunswick and it is not a Glynn mill.

This essay covers St. Marys, Osborne Street, Kings Bay adjacency, and the Camden County edges that already share this labor pool — Kingsland when the same owner already works those desks, Woodbine, and the first-ring rooftops that already invoice a submarine week. Nothing here is Georgia contractor, Navy-novation, or Cumberland Island concession advice. Put Camden County counsel on the badge language before anyone dates a teaser.

The Kings Bay badge Osborne Street still needs

Kings Bay is the distinctive year-round public-sector product in St. Marys, and it is the first place a sale dies. Staffing desks that already place into a Kings Bay facilities week, construction and HVAC shops that already hold a small-project vendor number, and a thin service book that already invoices a federal dock all transfer when more than one contract year is in the file. A book that lives on a single Base PO, a single barracks renovation, or a slide that says “the submarine force is growing” is concentration. A deployment stretch is a spike. Isolate it.

Novation, assignment, and any credentialing path Kings Bay will actually accept belong in week one of due diligence. If the founder still holds the only name the gate will badge, treat that vendor book as a person until a shop lead already carries those credentials. Earn-outs show up when one federal year is a double-digit share. Seller financing shows up when the badge file is the long pole. Neither instrument repairs a packet the Navy will not sign.

A Jacksonville inbound who underwrote this as a cheaper First Coast satellite will ask the wrong first question. They want a JAXPORT multiple and a Florida overlay. St. Marys does not have a Florida crane as the defining book. Write Kings Bay and the Osborne Street weekday. Do not paste a Riverside January onto a St. Marys week.

Hinesville is a different Georgia gate — Fort Stewart, the 3rd ID, Liberty County. It is not Camden and it is not a submarine badge. Savannah is containers, squares, and Hunter. Neither is Kings Bay.

Kingsland sister wages and a Camden County weekday

Kingsland sits on this labor pool. It does not share an Osborne Street historic rent. A Kingsland Highway 40 year and a St. Marys waterfront shop are different occupancy stories. Do not paste a Jacksonville January onto either one. Neighborhood restaurant rooms, retail doors, and auto repair bays transfer when a full year is already in the book — including a January Tuesday and a midweek without a ferry Saturday. A dining room that only works because a Cumberland Island Saturday filled Osborne Street is a visitor room. Isolate holiday weekends and a single large event month.

Cumberland Island is isolate. The ferry is a visitor overlay. It does not convert a St. Marys inn into a national-seashore concession. Isolate the Saturday. Hotel keys transfer when a January midweek already exists. Trucking on the I-95 edge still has to name whether the book is a local fleet or a one-shipper Base year.

Neighborhood trades still write the book that survives a deployment. HVAC and construction on first-ring and Kingsland rooftops trade when a second lead already opens. Recurring service beats a one-phase Base fit-out or a single inn renovation. A “we cover coastal Georgia” truck that is really one Osborne Street van is a route.

Owner-operated Camden County shops still price on seller’s discretionary earnings. Multi-bay trade groups that already have a manager wage in the model can open EBITDA. See the valuation guide. Do not treat a founder who still walks every Kings Bay gate as if that door is already open.

A Brunswick inbound who underwrote this as a cheaper Glynn satellite will want a mill-and-port multiple. St. Marys does not have a Brunswick pulp leftover as the defining book. Write the submarine badge.

Camden clerks, a submarine packet, and a ferry overlay

Georgia contractor and professional licenses sit on their own calendar. A Duval County ticket from a Jacksonville buyer is not a Camden County qualifying agent. A Glynn license from a Brunswick-side buyer is not a St. Marys receipt. Name the clerks you actually invoice.

Kings Bay assignment belongs in week one if the book lives on the gate. Historic-district language on Osborne Street, occupancy tax, and any commercial-use overlay on the waterfront sit on other desks. A Kingsland license is not a St. Marys city receipt. Woodbine adds a clerk and a different mainland mix. Diligence here fails on a Jacksonville buyer who priced Camden as a cheaper Florida satellite more often than it fails on the waterfront photograph. Labor leaks north toward Brunswick wages and south toward Jacksonville in a quiet Base year. Write that wage before the first tour.

SBA can fit a documented trade route or a Kingsland shop when a manager wage is already real and a January exists on the P&L. Single-PO Base books and single-Saturday ferry shops usually need more equity. Use the sale-prep roadmap to split Kings Bay work versus Osborne Street hospitality versus Kingsland trades before anyone writes a teaser.

Prepare two years of weekly sales that include a January midweek and a week the Base calendar is thin. Name the federal share, the ferry share, and the person who already opens when Osborne Street is quiet.

Isolate a PCS year before anyone prices a St. Marys shop

Walk the Kings Bay shop first if that is the asset. Two facilities accounts, one deployment year pulled out of the run rate, a shop lead already on the floor, and no change-of-command Saturday stuffed into the P&L. Novation language sat with counsel before the first buyer call. The inbound number a Jacksonville staffing buyer wanted would have underpaid that vendor and still failed the badge.

Walk the Osborne Street inn next if that is the asset. A Cumberland Island Saturday and a holiday weekend can fill every key. The lease still needed assignment. The general manager who could hold a January Tuesday had already taken a job in Kingsland. That is the hospitality deal — not the waterfront photograph.

Walk a Kingsland HVAC route as a third texture. Sister-city rooftops, a city desk that is not St. Marys’, and a second lead already opening. Recurring service, not a one-phase Base restoration.

We take Kings Bay books to operators who already understand a federal gate. Neighborhood files go to trade owners already on the Camden grid. Osborne Street rooms go to hospitality operators who will sit through a quiet January — not to a Jacksonville inbound who wants a second Florida town.

Most owner-operated St. Marys shops still price on SDE in 2026. A multi-bay group or a diversified staffing book that already places more than one season can open EBITDA. A one-PCS shop is a spike. Holdbacks belong on receivable quality and any open Base or historic-district item.

Kingsland shares the labor pool, not the Osborne Street rent

Kingsland and Woodbine sit on this labor pool. They do not share an Osborne Street historic rent. A Kingsland Highway 40 year and a St. Marys waterfront book are different occupancy stories. Do not paste a Jacksonville January onto either one.

St. Marys is not Jacksonville. There is no Florida crane as the first sentence. It is not Brunswick. There is no Glynn mill as the defining book. It is not Hinesville. There is no 3rd ID as the listing. A “we are basically cheaper coastal Georgia” slide will not stand in for a January week that includes Kings Bay between phases and an Osborne Street that is not hosting a ferry.

Add four St. Marys nouns a Jacksonville page would skip: Kings Bay as the badge, Kingsland as sister texture, Cumberland Island as isolate, and Osborne Street as the weekday rather than a Florida lease. Those names photograph. They are not the packet.

Camden County work we take from Hernando County

Bridge Point Advisors takes Camden County files to industry-first buyers from Spring Hill. We name a Kings Bay packet versus an Osborne Street January versus a Kingsland rooftop — not a Jacksonville crane and not a Brunswick mill. Start with a valuation, your industry page, or contact. Call (352) 515-0226. Bring the vendor packet, or an honest note that the gate still lists one person. That is the book.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if Kings Bay will not badge the buyer?

Then the federal PO is not an asset yet. Price the remaining diversified Camden work, or keep the founder through a defined transition while counsel works assignment. A signed letter does not move a Navy vendor number.

Is St. Marys just cheaper Jacksonville across the state line?

No. Jacksonville underwrites Florida cranes and JAXPORT. St. Marys underwrites Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, an Osborne Street weekday, and Kingsland as sister texture.

Is this a Brunswick mill satellite?

No. Brunswick keeps Glynn mill-and-port texture. St. Marys keeps a submarine badge. A Glynn leftover is not a Camden gate.

Should Cumberland Island ferry Saturdays be treated as run rate?

No. Isolate visitor weekends. Buyers will compare a January Tuesday on Osborne Street with a ferry Saturday.

Does Kingsland list on this page?

It sits on this Camden County labor pool when the invoices already name it. A Kings Bay vendor book and a Kingsland Highway 40 shop still get different underwriting.

Can SBA finance a St. Marys staffing desk?

A documented book that already places more than one season, with a January in the file and a modeled manager wage, can. A single-PO Base book or a one-Saturday ferry shop usually needs more equity.
